From article in Craft 2, 2007 in connection with the exhibition “Wonderful” at Gallery Format in Bergen, Mai Lahn-Johannesen: "For those of us who follow the children's TV, it seems the leap is not far from the Czech clay animation movies, where anything can happen, where an animal is a boat that turns into a princess who becomes a ... etc; to Lothes colored, organic-shaped and cleverly decorated objects, which in one moment can look like a beautiful sea creatures or just as likely to tend towards a woman in a dress with waist à la Queen Maud.
Från artikkel i Kunsthåndverk 2, 2007 i forbindelse med utställnngen «Underbart» på Galleri Format i Bergen, av Mai Lahn- Johannesen: «For oss som følger med på barne-TV, synes spranget ikke langt fra de tjekkiske modellerkittfilmene der alt kan skje; der et dyr f.eks blir til en båt som blir til en prinsesse som igjen blir til en...osv; til Lothes fargesterke, organisk formede og finurlig dekorerte gjenstander, som i det ene øyeblikk kan se ut som et vakkert sjødyr eller like gjerne tendere i retning av en kjolebekledt kvinnesiluett med livvidde à la Dronning Maud.»
